  • How many properties can I add?
    You can add as many properties as you like up to your plans storage limit.
  • What happens if I want to leave?
    Simply export your data and unsubscribe. We’ll never stop anyone leaving Property Store.
  • How do I contact support?

  • Can I increase my storage limit?
    Sure! To increase your storage limit you can upgrade your plan at any time.
  • Can I get assistance with uploading my data?
    Of course. If you need assistance please reach out to us. If there is a lot of data, we may need to charge a nominal fee.
  • Can you run training workshops for my business?
    Yes. Please reach out to us and we’d be happy to discuss further.
  • What is the limit on the number of users?
    This depends on the plan you have chosen. Please see the Pricing page for more info.
  • Do you have an onboarding service?
    Yes we do. If you need assistance please reach out to us. If you need us to fully manage the onboarding process for you, we may need to charge a nominal fee.
